Yum! Wine from a can. I have tried wine from a box. It was okay for a red dinner wine, but not something I would offer to my guests. Can’t imagine what wine from a can would offer in respect to nose, piquant, body or any other snooty commentary.

if you come across a really crappy looking cast iron pan…you can cook it in the oven clean mode, on high, in a gas oven. after that wipe it out and season as usual and you have a brand new pan! good luck1
